Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If for any reason you're not satisfied with Vigor Peak within 60 days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs). This applies whether the bottles are full, partially used, or completely empty.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Support: Email contact@bevigorpeak.online within 60 days of your purchase date. Include your order number, full name, and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with a return authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
- Ship Your Return: Pack all bottles (full, used, or empty) securely. Include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship to the provided return address within 14 days of receiving your RA. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Provide Tracking: Email your tracking number to support so we can monitor receipt of your return.
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank or credit card processing may add additional time.
Important Conditions
- The 60-day window starts from the date of purchase, not the date of delivery
- You must ship returns within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Returns received after the 60-day window or without an RA number may be refused
- Bonuses or free items must be returned along with paid product if applicable
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied or delayed in cases of:
- Returns initiated after the 60-day window has passed
- Returns shipped without prior Return Authorization
- Returns where the original product cannot be verified (no original bottles)
- Products purchased from third-party sellers (Amazon, eBay, retail) — these are not covered by our guarantee; only purchases through vigorpek.com qualify
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund without requiring return shipping.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and process your return, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. International refunds may take longer.
Cancellations
To cancel an order before it ships, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned under this refund policy.
