How and when we ship your Vigor Peak order.
We ship Vigor Peak quickly and discreetly. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we ship.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Standard shipping is provided via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.
We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping fee and are typically collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you don't receive your tracking number within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or document the damage with photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll make every effort to update before shipment.
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes for certain international destinations. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries due to regulatory or logistical restrictions. Restricted regions are noted at checkout.
All Vigor Peak orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. The product name does not appear on the exterior of the package. Only the return address — listed as our fulfillment center, not the product name — is visible.
